How to get to Casa do Fauno
If you are coming by car: take the São Pedro road, i.e. at the end of the IC19, arriving at Ranholas and crossing the Ramalhão roundabout, you should take the São Pedro road (Avenida Conde Sucena).- Passing the Largo da Feira de São Pedro, continue straight ahead (one-way street) and always follow the direction of MONSERRATE / QUINTA DA REGALEIRA / SETEAIS.
- We advise extra care at a fork where it used to be no entry and is now precisely the way you should go (when you reach the fork, keep left, by the Fonte da Sabuga, towards Quinta da Regaleira and Casa do Fauno).
- Near the main gate of Quinta da Regaleira, turn right (passing in front of Quinta do Relógio and the small car park) and enter Rua Trindade Coelho (which has a “dead end” sign).
- Continue straight for about 400 metres until you reach the Caminho dos Frades. The entrance to our space, at Quinta dos Lobos, is right by the fork between “Caminho da Fonte dos Amores” and “Caminho dos Frades”.
How to leave Casa do Fauno
BEFORE 7 PM: You can leave by going down the Caminho dos Frades and taking the Caminho dos Castanhais, which leads to the Town Centre, or by going up to Quinta da Regaleira and turning right, following the Seteais/Monserrate road.- AFTER 7 PM: You can go up to Quinta da Regaleira and turn left, which leads to the Town Centre, or right, following the Seteais/Monserrate road. Alternatively, you can leave by going down the Caminho dos Frades and taking the Caminho dos Castanhais, which leads to the Town Centre.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS: CAR PARK FULL
We kindly ask that all cars be parked from the Village onwards and not next to Casa do Fauno, as the available PARKING is FULL.
